Smarter Infrastructure Management Built to Scale

Cyber BMS is a business management platform for infrastructure maintenance, built to replace an outdated CRM that could no longer keep up with the company's growth. We designed a modular web system with a companion mobile app for field teams, covering equipment management, automated task assignment, real-time dashboards and instant notifications. The result is a faster, simpler workflow for engineers, facility staff and managers, and a technical base that lets Cyber BMS enter new regions without rebuilding anything.

Moving Beyond a System That Couldn't Grow

Replacing a rigid CRM with a flexible platform for infrastructure management.

As Cyber BMS expanded across the US, its CRM-based setup began to hold the business back. It was hard to scale, offered little room for customization and confused many of the people who had to use it every day, so adoption stayed low. The company also planned to enter Canada and Mexico, which the old system could not support. Cyber BMS needed a platform that was intuitive for non-technical staff, powerful enough for experts, and ready to grow with new clients and regions.
