RESPONSABILITIES
- Research and identify potential clients using LinkedIn, Upwork, Clutch, Apollo, Crunchbase, and other platforms.
- Build and maintain targeted lead lists that match our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP)
- Verify and validate contact details using email verification tools.
- Launch and manage cold outreach campaigns via LinkedIn and email.
- Work closely with the sales team to hand over qualified leads and optimize the lead generation strategy.
- Track and report outreach performance (response rates, conversions, ROI).

Requirements
- 1+ year of experience in lead generation, sales support, or business development.
- Hands-on experience with tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Hunter, Snov.io, or similar.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce, or alternatives).
- Strong written English (B2+) for professional communication.
- Attention to detail, analytical mindset, and ability to work independently.
